4 pangasius loins
5 garlic cloves
1 onion
A handful of parsley
1 glass white wine
Olive oil
1 liter of fish broth(or 500 grams of water and 1 bouillon cube)
1 tablespoon of flour
Salt to taste
Preparation of Pangasius in green sauce with Thermomix
If you have chosen frozen pangasius loins for this preparation,thaw them a few hours before and let them drain.
You can cut the pangasius loins into two parts.
In the glass of the thermomix place the onion,the garlic cloves and the bunch of parsley(the amount to your liking)program.

With the help of the spatula,clean the remains of onion and garlic from the walls of the Thermomix bowl,add a little olive oil and program.

While the garlic and onion are frying in the Thermomix bowl,in a separate pan,add a little olive oil and cook the pangasius loins over low heat on both sides,place them in a bowl and set aside.
Back in the Thermomix bowl,once the cooking of the garlic,onion and parsley sauce is finished,add the tablespoon of flour,program.
