Ingredients of Cazon al varoma with thermomix

6 Slices of Dogfish
Salt
Dill
30 grams Parsley or Cilantro
120 grams of onion
2 cloves of garlic
70 grams of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp. of vinegar
60 grams of flour
1000 grams of water

Preparation of Cazon al varoma with thermomix
