  • 2 large pangasius fillets
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Olive oil
  • 2 large potatoes without skin and cut into slices
  • 250 grams of mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  10. Bake again for 20 more minutes at the same temperature.
  11. If you want to gratin a little,put that function in your oven and gratin until the surface turns golden brown.
