Ingredients of Thousand leaves of smoked salmon with Thermomix
- 200g smoked trout or salmon.
- 200g Philadelphia cheese.
- 70g of water.
- 3 sheets of gelatin.
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
- 2 teaspoons of dried dill or 2 sprigs of fresh dill.
- Freshly ground white pepper.

Preparation of thousand leaves of smoked salmon with Thermomix
- Put the gelatin in cold water for 2 or 3 minutes to hydrate. We reserve
