Preparation

4. Reserve half of the parsley, which you will have to put it in a container.
5. Add the peeled garlic and oil to the glass. Program a
6. speed 7/5 seconds.
7. Then, pour the squid and start the Thermomix at
8. spoon speed / left turn / Varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
9. Then, add the salt, pepper and wine and then place the basket. Program a
10. spoon speed / left turn / Varoma temperature / 18 minutes.
11. Lastly, add the lemon juice. Program a
12. spoon speed / left turn / Varoma temperature / 2 minutes.
13. The only thing left to do is plate and sprinkle the reserved parsley on top.
