Preparation

3. Once the dough is ready, form a ball and let it rest for at least 1 hour, inside a plastic bag or wrapped in plastic wrap, preferably in the fridge.
4. After the standing time, preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
5. Then, we remove the dough from the fridge and unwrap the plastic wrap, sprinkle the surface or work table with a little flour and roll out the dough with a rolling pin, leaving a very fine dough cloth.
6. Cut circles of the desired size (a pasta cutter for dumplings, steel rings or a simple glass will also work).
7. To fill each circle of dough, place a loach of cheese and a few cubes of ham, moisten the edge of the empanadilla with the tip of your finger and close, sealing the joint with a fork if you do not have the pasta cutter.
