Sliced cooked ham
1 puff pastry
Poppy seeds
1 beaten egg

The moment you gather all these ingredients, put on your apron and follow these steps:
Preheat fryer to
200º / 5 minutes.
Cut the puff pastry into rectangles.
In a rectangle of puff pastry, put a slice of York ham and another of cheese to close the dough well afterwards. Do the same with all the dough.
Paint the rectangles with the beaten egg and sprinkle a little poppy seeds on top.
Put the rectangles in the fryer and program to
