- 6 endives
- 105 grams of grated cheese
- For the bechamel sauce:
- 62 centiliters of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 62 grams of flour
- 62 grams of butter
Preparation of endives with ham and bechamel sauce
- When you have all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Clean the endives well, cut them in half and remove the core.
- Salt them and put them in the Varoma and place it in the robot.
- Add the water to the glass and program to
