Preparation

5. Then add the grapes, the juice diluted in the cornstarch, the cream and the salt to the glass. Program a
6. speed 2.5 / Varoma temperature / 15 minutes.
7. Now, take a slice of foie and on top of that place a sheet of quince and another of foie, then, in this way, give it a ’round and round’ in the pan with hot oil.
8. Now all you have to do is plate it by placing a base of the contents of the glass on the plate and on top of that place the quince and foie millefeuille.
