Ingredients

Preparation

Put the garlic, onion and parsley in our Thermomix bowl and chop everything

with the spatula we lower all the remains stuck to the sides
Add the turkey breasts cut into pieces, along with the salt, the pepper, the cumin and the tablespoon of mustard and program

We make the hamburgers with the hand of the size we want and press a little giving them consistency with a splash of oil in the frying pan
When removing from the pan, place them on a blotting paper to remove excess fat.
Our turkey burgers will be ready, a dish with hardly any fat and delicious.
We can accompany them with multiple foods depending on whether we are on a diet or not
