Thermomix turkey stew ingredients
- 1 kg of turkey cut into cubes not very large
- 100 grams of onion
- 100 grams of shallot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 40 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 120 grams of white wine
- 2 carrots
- 1 leek (the white part)
- 60 grams of fried tomato
- 400 grams of water
- Salt
- Pepper
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 bay leaf
Preparation of thermomix turkey stew
- Before starting our turkey stew, we are going to season the meat, so we put salt and pepper to taste and reserve the pieces of turkey
- We put in our Thermomix bowl the onion cut into pieces, the shallot cut, the leek also in pieces, the garlic cloves and chop
- 6 seconds / speed 5
- Add the oil and fry
- 12 minutes / 100ºC / spoon speed
- Add the paprika and stir
- 1 minute / 100ºC / ladle speed
- then we put the white wine and the finely cut carrots and program
- 12 minutes / 100ºC / reverse rotation / spoon speed (without a cup to evaporate the white wine)
- add the meat, bay leaf, tomato and water and program
