Chicken ingredients with old-fashioned mustard with thermomix

  • 600 grams of chicken cut into pieces (preferably breasts)
  • 2 tablespoons old-fashioned mustard
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 75 grams of olive oil
  • 50 grams of white wine
  • 100 grams of poultry stock or ½ bouillon cube.
  • 10 grams of cornstarch
  • 100 grams cream (optional and instead of cornstarch to make it creamier)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley to decorate

Preparation of Chicken with old-fashioned mustard with thermomix

  1. Crush the garlic and onion in the Thermomix bowl, program.
  2. 10 seconds / speed 5
  3. With the help of the spatula, clean the remains of the Thermomix bowl and add a part of the olive oil, to fry the crushed garlic and onion, program.
  4. 10 minutes / varoma temperature / spoon speed
  5. Then, place the butterfly on the blades and add the white wine, the poultry stock (or bouillon cube), the cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water (or the cream if it is your choice) to the Thermomix bowl, program.
  6. 10 minutes / Temperature 100°/ speed 1
  7. While the sauce is cooking, preheat a skillet to sauté the chicken. And at the same time in a bowl add the chicken chopped into pieces, olive oil, a little salt and pepper, mix well.
  8. Sauté the chicken in the pan until golden brown on both sides and set aside for a few minutes.
  9. Once the time is up, add the tablespoons of old-fashioned mustard and program.
