To make some three or four servings For this recipe you need to have the following products in the kitchen:
400 grams of Turkey breast.
1 onion.
2 garlic.
1 green pepper.
500 grams of Crushed tomato.
1 bay leaf.
Salt and pepper to taste.
15 grams of oil.

Now, put on your apron and start the elaboration following these indications:
Peel the garlic and onion. Then cut them into pieces and reserve them.
Thoroughly clean the pepper and cut it into pieces as well.
Add to the robot’s glass both the garlic and the onion, the pepper and the oil. Program the Thermomix to Ladle speed and Varoma temperature for 6 minutes.
Then put the butterfly and add the meat, bay leaf, pepper and salt. Reprogram the robot to spoon speed, left rotation and Varoma temperature for another 6 minutes.
Next, add the tomato and program the Thermomix with the same parameters as in the previous step, except for the time. In this case you must program for 25 minutes.
