1.3 kilos of turkey breast without skin in a single piece
5 sprigs of fresh thyme
5 sprigs of fresh rosemary
710 grams of water
2 kilos of coarse salt
7 fresh bay leaves

When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
