  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Then, place in the thermomix glass to beat the eggs together with the sugar, program. 2 minutes / Speed 3.
  2. Subsequently, to the beat of sugar and egg add the measure of coffee and butter, program. 20 seconds / Speed 3.
  3. To continue pour the milk, flour and yeast into the preparation, program. 1 minute/ Speed 3.
  4. Once the mixture is ready, place a muffin or paper muffin mold inside each muffin or baking muffin mold, so you don't need to grease the baking mold.
  5. Fill 2/3 of the capacity of each baking pan, as the yeast can overflow when baked.
  6. Bake at 180°C for about 15 - 18 minutes, depending on the power of your oven, check that they are ready when they have increased their volume and when introducing a stick high this has no residue of dough.
  7. Once ready, remove from the oven let cool and if it is your preference turn them into cupcakes decorating to your liking.
