Ingredients
- 120 grams of soft olive oil.
- 260 grams of sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 230 grams of flour
- 150 grams of cava wine
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to 180ºC
- We will start by placing in our glass of thermomixel sugar and oil and mix 35 seconds / speed 3
- Add the 3 eggs and continue mixing the mixture 4 minutes / speed 4
- We add the flour and program 1 minute / speed 4
- Once this time has elapsed, we will put our thermomix on speed 4 without marking time and with the beaker removed we will gradually insert the cava, once we put all the cava we will leave 1 minute / speed 4
- We will fill our muffin molds to 3/4 of its capacity and put them in the oven at 180ºC / for 15 minutes
