Gluten-free muffins with thermomix
Some normal muffins like these, without anything, we could say, is a basic recipe that we all must have, because from here we can put what we want: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, cocoa cream with hazelnuts, pastry cream, yogurt cream… and many other things. That’s why it’s so important to have a good base, and this recipe is.
To make our muffins is very simple, to begin we mix all the solid ingredients, flour, yeast, salt and sugar and we program 10 seconds / speed 10 ( we keep in a bowl ) mixed in the glass of the thermomix the rest of ingredients 30 seconds / speed 4 Then we mix again the content with the flour and yeast of the bowl and we mix 10 seconds / speed 4. we put the content in molds of muffins and we put in the oven preheated 180°C / 30 minutes. If you want to put fruits on it you can flour them and put them on the dough before putting them in the oven. If you want to fill them with some cream it is best to put it in a piping bag with a small nozzle and inject it into the center of each muffin when it comes out of the oven.
