A spoonful of vanilla essence.
250 grams of whole milk.4 eggs.

Instructions

Once with all those ingredients in the kitchen, follow these steps that we indicate:
Put all the products in the robot cup, having to be the coffee already tempered. Program at speed 6/4 seconds.
Then put the Thermomix back on at a speed of 4 / 90º / 7 minutes.
Pour the contents into a pastry bag and proceed to let it cool. In this way, it will be easier for you to use the coffee cream to fill a cake or to place it nicely in a glass if you are going to serve it as a dessert.
