To start making this dish, you need to gather the following products:
200 grams of dark chocolate.
100 grams of butter.
100 grams of flour.
80 grams of nuts.
170 grams of sugar.
Half envelope of yeast.
Chocolate brownie with Thermomix step by step
Once you have gathered all those ingredients in the kitchen, start following these steps to get a delicious brownie:
Chop the nuts in the robot at speed 4 for 4 seconds. Then, reserve them.
Then, grind the chocolate at progressive speed 5 – 10 for 10 seconds. In the same way, reserve it.
Then, place the butterfly in the Thermomix and pour the eggs and sugar into the glass. Program it at speed 4 and temperature 37º for 5 minutes.
Add butter and crushed chocolate to the glass. Program the robot at speed 3 for about 5 seconds.
Remove the butterfly and add a little salt, yeast and flour. Mix everything at speed 3 for 35 seconds.
Add the nuts and mix everything with the help of a spatula.
Pour the dough into an oven mold and introduce it into the oven, previously preheated, at a temperature of 150º for about 15 minutes.
