Ingredients
- 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk
- 2 curd envelopes
- 15 grams of saccharin
- 2 tablespoons soluble coffee (or some more, to taste)
Instructions
- We start by putting all the ingredients in our thermomix glass, milk, curd sachets, soluble coffee and saccharin (or sugar if you don't want it to be low in calories) and program 10 minutes / 90ºC / speed 4
- We put the preparation in the chosen molds and wait for it to temper and then put it in the fridge and leave about 4-6 hours before consuming
