  • 5 egg yolk
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cinnamon stick

  1. To start We put in the thermomix glass all the ingredients of the filling except for the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick 10 seconds / speed 4
  2. Place the butterfly on the blades.
  3. Add the cinnamon stick, and the lemon peel and program 18 minutes / 90º / speed 2
  4. Spread the puff pastry and line with it the cake mold.
  5. Remove the lemon peel and cinnamon stick and pour the filling into the mold without reaching the edges.
  6. Place in the preheated oven at 200º for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Check if the filling is well cooked by inserting a stick that should come out dry.
