Ingredients
- 30 grams of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of grated lemon peel
- 50 ml cream
- 50 grams butter
- 170 grams of white chocolate in pieces
- A pinch of yellow coloring
- 20 grams of powdered sugar
Instructions
- We will start this recipe the day before because this first step must rest at least 12 hours in the refrigerator, it will be perfect.
- We are going to impregnate to the cream of the lemon flavor for what we will put in a bowl the cream and the grated skin of the lemon, we mix well and we wrap everything with film paper and we let rest 12 hours in the refrigerator.
- The next day we take out the bowl and strain the cream removing the possible pieces of lemon and put the cream in our thermomix glass and program 2 minutes / 90ºC / speed 1.
- We put the butter in pieces, add the white chocolate in pieces, and the yellow coloring and mix well 35 seconds / speed 3.
- Put the mixture in a bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Finally put the mixture on a tray lined with baking paper and put the mixture on top giving rounded shape our truffles, I do not like them too big, but that's to taste
- Finally, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and let them cool again a few hours before eating.
