2 spoonfuls of mustard
50 grams of butter.
200 grams of cream.
Pepper and salt to taste.

Instructions

Once you have proceeded to buy all the ingredients, follow the instructions that we expose you:
Add the butter to the robot's glass and program it at speed 2 and temperature 90º for about 4 minutes. Then add the spoonfuls of mustard. In this case you will have to program the Thermomix at the same speed and temperature as in the previous step but only for 1 minute.
Finally, pour the rest of the ingredients into the glass. Now you will have to program the robot at speed 3 and temperature 90º for about 5 minutes.
