Ingredientes

  • 1 Rectangular puff pastry sheet
  • 1 can of cream to mount 35% fat.
  • Chocolate Powder
  • 100 grams glass sugar.
  • Eggs
  • 500 grams of milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams Cornmeal (Cornstarch)
  • Chocolate to melt.
  • 100 grams sugar
  • Whole milk.

  1. First we make the custard in the Thermomix so that it cools.
  2. We put: 100gr. of sugar, 500gr. of milk, a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, 50gr. cornstarch and 3 eggs, (I just put theyolks I don't like the egg flavor.)
  3. We put all the ingredients in the Thermomix glass and program 7 minutes, 90º, speed 4.
  4. We take out and reserve in a container covered with film or in a pastry bag according to the use that will be given custard cream.
  5. Now we stretch the puff pastry and cut 2cm strips. more or less. We roll them in the cones and paint with egg.
  6. We put them in the oven about 20 minutes.
  7. When they are ready we take them out and let them cool.
  8. Now we are going to prepare the cream: we put half of the cream can in the thermomix glass (always very very cold) and sugar glass. 3 1/2 speed without time
  9. Watching that it is mounted and not passed.
  10. To prepare the truffle I do the same steps as with the cream but I add 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder.
  11. Fill the canutillos with the pastelara sleeve and the tip we pass through the molten chocolate. We let cool in the fridge and ready to taste.
