It is a proposal of Swiss origin that stands out not only for its exquisite taste but for its soft texture. It was created just before the 19th century and is a cold dessert that can be prepared with a wide variety of fruits.
When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Put the pod, sugar, milk, egg yolks and vanilla sugar in the robot's glass. Program at bucket speed / left turn / Varoma temperature / 7 minutes.
Pour the contents into a bowl and reserve. On the other hand, hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water as directed by the manufacturer and then drain them to incorporate them into the aforementioned bowl until the mixture cools.
