Ingredients
- 6 sheets of jelly.
- 260 grams of milk
- 1 vanilla bean

- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
Instructions
- When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Put the pod, sugar, milk, egg yolks and vanilla sugar in the robot's glass. Program at bucket speed / left turn / Varoma temperature / 7 minutes.
- Pour the contents into a bowl and reserve. On the other hand, hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water as directed by the manufacturer and then drain them to incorporate them into the aforementioned bowl until the mixture cools.
- Place the butterfly on the blades and throw the egg whites to mount them to snow stitch programming at speed 3 and ½ / 37º / 4 minutes.
- Add the egg whites to the bowl and, with a spatula, go mixing everything. It will only be left to put the contents of that container in a mold and put it in the refrigerator to cool.
