Ingredients
- 1,000 grams whole milk
- 200 grams of cream to cook
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 120 grams of sugar
- 75 grams cornstarch
- zest of 1 lemon
- ground cinnamon sprinkle
Preparation
- We start our custard by placing the butterfly on the blades and we put the milk, the cream, the lemon zest and the cinnamon sticks in our Thermomix bowl and we program
- 12 minutes / 90ºC / spoon speed
- We remove the butterfly being careful not to burn ourselves and we pass the content to a jar and let it rest for 1/2 hour (no more) so that it takes on the aromas
- Strain the milk and pour it back into the glass, add the cornstarch and sugar and program
- 3 minutes / 100º C / speed 4
- We put in bowls and plastic wrap on top and in the refrigerator a few hours before consuming
