Today’s recipe is a magnificent trick to flavor some dessert, especially biscuits, muffins, muffins or roscones.
Since we are going to use the skin of the orange, it is better that we are free of pesticides, if it were not possible to have organic oranges we could boil some normal oranges for 1 minute, change the water and boil again another minute.

- 3 ecological oranges
Instructions
- To start pre warm the oven to 90º C
- We wash the oranges and peel them by taking only the peel with the precaution of not taking the white part because it would give us a lot of bitterness.
- We take a tray and cover it with baking paper and place the skins without being on top of each other and put the tray in the oven for 60 minutes
- When they are dry and break, we take them out of the oven and dry them into our thermomix glass and program 10 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10.
