4 apples.
4 egg yolks.
1 puff pastry that is refrigerated.
1 envelope of yeast.
A little bit of lemon juice.
300 milliliters of milk.
Peach jam.
300 grams of flour.
A little bit of vanilla aroma.
200 grams of sugar.

When you have already managed to buy all these products, it is time to put on your apron and start the preparation:

The first thing is to choose a mold for the cake and grease it properly with butter. Then, it will be necessary to stretch the puff pastry properly and then place it by the aforementioned mold and then introduce it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

On the other hand, peel the apples and then proceed to cut them into small slices.
