Ingredients
- 1 bottle of evaporated milk
- 10 chocolates by Ferrero Rocher
- 500 grams of milk
- 2 sachets of curd
- 100 grams of sugar
- Caramel for the mold
Instructions
- We start by putting the Ferrero Rocher chocolates in our thermomix glass and we crush them 15 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10
- We add the rest of ingredients, evaporated milk, milk, curds, sugar and we program 15 minutes / 100º C / speed 3
While we put the liquid candy in the mold we pour all the contents of our thermomix in the mold and let cool between 6 and 12 hours in the refrigerator
and ready to eat.
