- 500 grams evaporated milk or cream cooking
- 300 grams milk
- 150 grams brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 10 grams cornstarch (1 tbsp. Heaped soup)
Preparation
- We put all the ingredients in our Thermomix bowl and mix
- 15 seconds / speed 5
- We place the butterfly on the blades and program
- 15 minutes / 90ºC / speed 2
