Whipping cream with thermomix step by step

Instructions

1. The first trick so that the whipped cream comes out well is to put 10 minutes before as minimum (if it is more time better) our glass of thermomix in such a way that it is very cold when beginning our recipe.
2. Second trick: put the cream in the freezer 10 minutes before starting the recipe so that it is also very cold.
3. Take the thermomix mixing bowl out of the refrigerator and put it in its place with the butterfly on.
4. We take the cream out of the freezer, open it and put it in our thermomix glass (here optional the spoonful of cream cheese that will give more consistency to the cream) and program it without time / speed 3.5.
5. When it takes a little body (in our case about 45 seconds) we put the icing sugar on the top of the lid, through the hollow of the cube, little by little, by spoonfuls.
6. Once the icing sugar is incorporated, lower the speed to 3.
7. We are looking through the hole of the lid all the time the cream so that we do not cut until it has the correct texture.
8. In this case of the video we can see that it has taken 2 minutes 45 seconds.
9. Depending on the temperature of the glass and the cream it could be a little more or a little less.
