Ingredients for semifreddo chocolate and coffee cake with thermomix
- 250 grams of whipping cream (very cold)
- 100 grams of condensed milk
- 100 grams of chocolate
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 50 ml of hot liquid coffee
Preparation of semi-cold chocolate and coffee cake with thermomix
- put the chocolate in a bowl
- we put the liquid coffee in our Thermomix bowl and add the instant coffee (which serves to enhance the flavor) and dissolve
- 30 seconds / speed 7
- We put it in the bowl with the chocolate and melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie and let it cool
- while we whip the cream with our thermomix
- Meanwhile, we are going to whip the cream well that we will have it very cold from the fridge, in this way it will whip perfectly.
- Once the cream is assembled, we add the melted chocolate and mix
- 30 seconds / speed 3
- Add the condensed milk and mix
- 50 seconds / speed 5
- we put our mousse in the molds up to the edge and put them in the freezer for 6 hours
