Ingredientes

  • 500 grams of milk
  • 120 grams of flour.
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of cornstarch
  • 155 grams of sugar glass.
  • 20 grams of water.
  • 4 eggs
  • The skin of half an orange.
  • 4 egg yolks.
  • 4 tablespoons of rum.
  • The skin of a lemon.
  • Salt.

Preparación

  1. Once you have gathered those ingredients, put on your apron and follow these steps:
  2. Add the sugar and the four eggs to the glass. With the leaves of the butterflies program speed 3 ½ / 37º / 5 minutes.
  3. Then re-program at speed 3½ / 5 minutes.
  4. Add a little salt and flour. Program the robot at speed 1/15 seconds.
  5. In a rectangular-shaped baking dish with the corresponding paper, spread out the dough and place it in the oven, previously preheated, for about 10 minutes at about 180º.
  6. To prepare the filling, add all the other ingredients to the robot's glass, except for citrus skins and rum. Program at speed 3 ½ / 10 seconds.

  8. The next step will be to add the rum and program at speed 2/2 minutes.
