Instructions

3. Then re-program at speed 3½ / 5 minutes.
4. Add a little salt and flour. Program the robot at speed 1/15 seconds.
5. In a rectangular-shaped baking dish with the corresponding paper, spread out the dough and place it in the oven, previously preheated, for about 10 minutes at about 180º.
6. To prepare the filling, add all the other ingredients to the robot's glass, except for citrus skins and rum. Program at speed 3 ½ / 10 seconds.
7. Then these skins are added and programmed at a speed of 2 / 90º.
8. The next step will be to add the rum and program at speed 2/2 minutes.
9. Then the filling will be reserved. And what will remain will be to mount the arm placing the filling inside and the caramel.
