  • 110 grams of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • For the stuffing:
  • 45 grams of grated chocolate
  • 100 milliliters of sweet coffee
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
  • 300 grams of liquid cream

  1. Once you've gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
  2. Pour the sugar into the glass and program at a speed of 8 / 5 seconds.
  3. Then, pour the eggs and program at a speed of 3 / 2 minutes.
  4. Dilute the instant coffee in water and add it to the glass along with the cocoa, yeast and flour.
  5. Mix at a speed of 5 / 40 seconds.
  6. In a baking dish, place a baking paper and on top of it the mixture from the glass.
  7. Then put it in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for 11 minutes at 180º.
  8. Let it cool, take the result out of the mold, roll it up and let it cool.
  9. For the filling, add the cream in the glass and program at speed 4 / 2 minutes.
  10. During the previous step, when it takes a minute and minute, add the coffee liqueur and instant coffee.
  11. Then add the grated chocolate and mix well with a spatula.
  12. Unroll what you had reserved and immerse it in sweet coffee.
  13. Then pour the stuffing over it, roll it up again and wrap it in paper film to put it in the fridge until you are going to serve the dessert.
