Vanilla cream with Thermomix
As we did with the chocolate cream with thermomix today we bring its counterpart but vanilla, which we already know that colors are for tastes.
It is just as easy to make as the cream we made from chocolate but with vanilla flavor, in fact the steps to be carried out are very similar.

Ingredients
- 500 grams milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams corn flour (Corn)
- 50 grams butter at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla dessert
- 100 grams sugar
Instructions
- We start by putting all the ingredients in our thermomix glass and program 30 seconds / speed 5
- We put the butterfly to the blades and program 12 minutes / 90º C / speed 2
- We have to be a thick cream, if it was very liquid we can program a few more minutes at the same temperature and speed
- We put the chocolate cream in bowls and cover them with plastic wrap and keep them in the refrigerator until they are eate.
