4. Reserve the contents of the glass in a bowl.
5. Wash the glass, place the whisk and pour the cream of tartar and egg whites. Start the Thermomix at speed 3/4 minutes.
6. Reprogram while adding, little by little, sugar, do it at speed 3 / 37º / 5 minutes.
7. Add the rest of the ingredients and program at speed 3 / 37º / 1 minute.
8. Pour the contents of the glass into the bowl where the chocolate is and mix well.
9. Then, in a baking tray with baking paper, go placing the meringues that you will get from the mixture making its shape with pastry bag or two spoons.
