Nesquik mousse with thermomix

Instructions

1. Begin the preparation of this delicious nesquik mousse with thermomix by placing the melting butter in the thermomix glass, program. 2 minutes / Temperature 60° / Speed 2.
2. Once the butter has melted, add the Nesquik chocolate drink powder and program. 20 seconds / Speed 4. Then add only the egg yolks and program. 4 minutes / Temperature 60° / Speed 2.
3. Pour the mixture into a container or bowl and let it cool for a few minutes. During this time, wash and dry the thermomix glass very well, leaving no fat residue.
4. Place the butterfly and pour the egg whites to make the assembly, program. 4 minutes / Temperature 37° / Speed 3.5. List the egg whites to the point of snow, add little by little to the chocolate mixture, mix very slowly with the spatula, without making sudden movements.
5. Pour the mousse into individual moulds or verrines and refrigerate for about 4-5 hours.
6. Just before serving, you can sprinkle a little Nesquik chocolate drink powder on the surface or decorate with red or dried fruits, with either option is very good.
