I like Panna Cotta anyway and chocolate is not an exception, I love it is a tremendously easy dessert and also fast, ideal to make on the weekend or for a gathering of friends.

Ingredients
- 4 jelly sheets
- 120 ml whole milk
- 400 ml of cream
- 50 grams of sugar
- 130 g of chocolate 72% cocoa
- 2 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
Instructions
- First we will hydrate the jelly in a bowl with water for 5 minutes and reserve.
- We add to our thermomix glass all the ingredients except the gelatin and program 8 minutes / 90ºC speed 4
- Then we put the drained jelly that we had reserved and program 45 seconds / speed 3
- We put the content in individual molds for panna cotta and let it temper.
- When they are more or less cold we put them in the fridge for 6 or 8 hours
- We can serve them with a teaspoon of orange marmalade
