  • 125 grams of white chocolate
  • 125 grams of dark chocolate
  • 10 cl of cream for desserts
  • 60 grams of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt

  1. The first thing we will do is separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and keep the egg whites for later
  2. We put the egg whites in our thermomix glass and mix 5 minutes / speed 4
  3. We reserve in 2 bowls, wash and dry the thermomix glass, place the dark chocolate in pieces with 30 grams of sugar inside and mix for 10 seconds / speed 8
  4. Add 5 cl of cream and program 6 minutes / 50º C / speed 2
  5. We put 2 egg yolks and mix again 10 seconds / speed 5
  6. We pour everything in one of the 2 bowls that we had with the whites and stir with a spoon, put the content in 2 glasses in half and put in the freezer
  7. We wash the glass of our thermomix and dry again, we put the white chocolate in pieces with the rest of the sugar and mix 10 seconds / speed 8
  8. Add the rest of the cream and program 6 minutes / 50º C / speed 2
  9. Add the other 2 egg yolks and mix 10 seconds / speed 5
  10. We pour everything in the other bowl that we had reserved and mix with the spoon, take out the glasses from the freezer and fill with the new mixture on top of the chocolate layer, and put it back in the freezer after 2 or 3 hours it will be ready to eat.
