To be able to elaborate this ice cream you need to have the following products:
60 grams of chocolate fondant.
75 grams of mint liquor.
90 grams of sugar.
8 mint leaves.
250 grams of whole milk.
200 milliliters of whipped cream.
Once you have proceeded to gather all those ingredients, follow these guidelines:
The first thing will be to grate the chocolate. To do this, you will have to pour it in pieces into the glass of the robot and program it at speed 8 for about 2 seconds.
It will be reserved.
Then add the whole milk and the mint leaves to the glass and program the Thermomix at the same speed as in the previous step but for 20 seconds. speed 8 for about 20 seconds.
Then add both the mint liquor and the sugar. The robot will be programmed at speed 2 and temperature 100º for 5 minutes.
Then let it cool down.
The next step will be to choose a container where the ice cream will be stored.
In the same one the mixture of the milk as well as the cream will be added and it will be stirred well so that a homogenous result is obtained. Then it will be introduced in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
Then, it will be taken out of the freezer and the chocolate will be added, mixing everything well to finally put it back in that appliance.
