To make this recipe, you need to gather the following items:

200 grams of sugar.
160 grams of dark chocolate.
Half a teaspoon of cream of tartar or yeast.
1 tablespoon of cornmeal.
5 egg whites.
1 small teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

Preparation of chocolate meringues with Thermomix

When you have gathered those ingredients, follow these steps:
Add the chocolate in pieces in the glass and program to
speed 9 / 7 seconds.
