Ingredients to make Chocolate ice cream with the Thermomix
To be able to surprise at home with this ice cream, you need to have previously the following products:
500 milliliters of whole milk.
150 grams of sugar
100 grams of dark chocolate.

When you have all these products together in the kitchen, it is time for you to start making the ice cream following these instructions:
Cut the chocolate into pieces and add it to the glass. To crush it you will have to put the robot at speed 4 for a few seconds, until you see that it is perfectly crushed.
Then proceed to add the egg yolks, sugar and milk. Thermomix Program
10 – 12 minutes / Speed 3 / Temperature 90 °
Then, pour the contents of the glass into a metal container and proceed to introduce it in the freezer. When it is already frozen, add it back to the glass and tritúralo programming the robot
1 minute / Progressive speed 6-7-8.
Pour it back into the aforementioned container.
Now what will be left is to mount the egg whites and then add them to the ice cream you have already reserved.
