Ingredients
- 1 kilo of chicken wings cut in two, without the tips
- 150 ml of whiskey
- 50 grams of butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried chili pepper, crumbled
Instructions
- The first thing we will do for our recipe is to preheat the oven to 250ºC.
- Put the chicken wings, all the spices (black pepper, paprika, garlic, onion, oregano, basil, thyme and dried chili) in our thermomix glass 15 minutes / 100ºC / reverse turn / spoon speed.
- Put everything in a dish and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 250ºC. Our chicken wings will be ready.
