Ingredients
- For the base:
- 100 grams of butter
- 250 grams of cookies
- For the stuffing:
- 75 grams of cream
- 750 grams of cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 95 grams of golden syrup
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- For the coverage:
- 85 grams of cream
- 40 grams of butter
- 95 grams of golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Instructions
- Once you've managed to gather all those ingredients, follow the steps outlined above:
- Pour the cookies and butter into the robot's glass to make the base. Program at speed 10 and no time.
- Until you see that a homogeneous dough has been made.
- Then, take a cake pan and wipe it with baking paper. Pour the contents of the glass into this container, spread it out well and put it in the refrigerator.
- To make the filling, add all the ingredients for the filling to the Thermomix and set at 5/30 seconds.
- If you see that the filling is not yet homogeneous, program it again for a few more seconds.
- Then take the mould out of the fridge and pour the filling onto the base. Put it back in the appliance, where it should remain for five to six hours.
- For the topping, pour your ingredients into the robot's glass. Program at speed 2 / 80º / 9 minutes.
- All that remains is for you to pour the topping over the cake.
