Ingredients

To make three or four servings of this recipe you need to have the following
products in the kitchen:
400 grams of turkey breast.
1 onion.
2 garlics.
1 green pepper.
500 grams of crushed tomato.
1 bay leaf.
Salt and pepper to taste.
15 grams of oil.

Instructions

Now, put on the apron and start the elaboration following these instructions:
Peel the garlic and onion. Then cut them into pieces and reserve them.
Thoroughly clean the pepper and cut it into pieces as well.
Add to the robot glass both the garlic and the onion, the pepper and the oil.
Program the Thermomix at spoon speed and Varoma temperature for 6 minutes.
