Ingredients

500 grams of chicken breasts (skinned and cut into pieces)

1 liter of water

Instructions

Add in the thermomix glass the carrot and the onion previously peeled and cut in pieces, the cabbage too, previously washed and cut in pieces. Program 5 seconds / speed 3
Then, add the water and the 500 grams of chicken breasts without skin and cut into small pieces for better cooking. Program 60 minutes/ Temperature 100°/ Speed 1
Make sure the chicken is cooked and the carrot is soft. If this is not the case, you can continue cooking a little more. 15 minutes/ Temperature 100°/ Speed 1
Once all the ingredients are well cooked, add salt and pepper to taste. Program. 15 seconds / Temperature 100° /Spoon speed
