- In order to prepare this dish and obtain approximately four servings, you need

- 350 grams of chopped and clean chicken.
- 25 grams of olive oil.
- 150 grams of mushrooms or champignons, whichever you like the most.
- 50 grams of water.
- 2 small garlic.
- 50 grams of white wine.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions

- them into pieces.
- Peel the garlic and cut into slices.
