Ingredients
- The first thing is that you agree to buy each and every one of the products you need to make it. And these are the next:
- About 400 grams of salmon, half fresh and half smoked.
- Lemon juice.
- 1 onion.
- Water.
- 1 sachet of gelatine.
- A lemon rind.
- Fried tomato.
- Salt and pepper.
Instructions
- Once all those ingredients are in the kitchen, it's time to put on your apron and start preparing this tasty dish, ideal as a starter:
- First, mix the water in a bowl, which should be cold, with a few spoonfuls of lemon juice. Add the gelatine to this mixture and leave it there for approximately two minutes.
- Then add some hot water until it dissolves. This mixture is then set aside.
- Then start by adding the lemon peel to the food processor glass and chop it up for 10 seconds / speed 8
- The remaining ingredients, including the reserved solution, are then added to the Thermomix container.
- The robot will be activated at speed nine and all the elements mentioned will be mixed for about forty seconds.
- If they are not finely mashed, leave them for a few more seconds until the result is as desired.
- Then pour the mixture into small moulds, in the desired shape, and put them in the refrigerator.
- At the time of serving, they will be taken out and will be plated as desired.
