1/2 kilo of raw peeled shrimp.
4 cloves of garlic.
Salt and pepper.
100 grams of butter.
White wine, about half a glass.
1 spoonful of flour.
A cup of chicken broth.
1 teaspoon of mustard

Instructions

Once you have put on your apron and have all these products in the kitchen, it is time to follow the instructions to prepare this simple and tasty shrimp recipe:
First, peel the garlic and put it in the Thermomix, so it can be chopped. Keep them for about five seconds at speed 5. Then add the butter to the garlic and leave it for 5 minutes at speed one.
The next step is to pour in the flour and mix everything well at speed 5 for 5 seconds.
Then proceed to add the chicken broth, white wine and mix everything very well.
At speed 1, hold everything for about two minutes and then proceed to add the mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
