Salmon burger ingredients with Thermomix

210 grams of salmon
Half sliced avocado
35 grams of chives
105 grams of fresh cheese
1 egg
4 lettuce leaves
Some dill branches without stems
2 hamburger buns
32 grams of cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation of salmon burger with Thermomix

Once you have all these ingredients in the kitchen, follow the steps we indicate:
Add the chives and dill to the robot glass. Program to
speed 4/4 seconds.
Then, add the cream cheese, salmon, salt, pepper and egg. Program to
speed 4.5 / 6 seconds.
With the resulting dough, shape two hamburgers, which you must cook over high heat in a frying pan with a little olive oil. They must be cooked on both sides.
